Excellent friendly service from start to finish.The car I was looking at and purchased was very well presented with all the documents there for me to see. Nice easy test drive in a very relaxed manner. I did ask Paul if he minded if I had an aa inspection on the vehicle which he didn't have a problem with at all and I'm pleased to say it passed with flying colours. I will be back in the future and wont hesitate to recommend Masons to family and friends.

I have always had Minis but I was looking for something that little bit bigger. When I saw the Mini Countryman it was ideal for what I was looking for. I had a look at a few but decided to go to Mason Motor Group to look at theirs. The guys there were really nice and helpful and let me take it out for a test drive. They were really upfront about the issues with the car and discounted the price for this so I could get those issues sorted at no extra cost. The other ones I looked at were a bit older so the number plates were looking a bit tattered but the guys at Mason Motor Group went the extra mile and replaced them so they were nice and new and made sure the car was sparkling before I took it away. Those little touches just really showed how much they care about their cars and customers!

I wasn't looking to buy a new car but when I saw the Mini Cooper S at Mason Motor Group I just couldn't help myself. It was only 5 minutes from me so I thought it can't hurt to go look especially as it was at a great price! The guys were all really helpful and friendly. It is no surprise that I took it away and I certainly haven't missed my old car since! Wouldn't recommend anyone else after using these guys, they were just bang on!

Paul made the process so easy for coming back for my second car and the whole experience was just very good which is why I went back to them.
